The Princess Royal Sports Arena.
Whether you are swimming in our leisure pool, revitalising those
tired muscles in our Jacuzzi, or relaxing in our steam room and
sauna the tropical climate will replenish both body and mind.
The pool dimensions are 15m x 6.5. The depth throughout is 1.2
m which makes it the ideal environment for hydrotherapy sessions,
swimming lessons, and anyone who is not a confident swimmer. We
regulate pool temperature between 29 and 30 degrees centigrade.
The Jacuzzi incorporates both upper and lower body air jets to
massage your muscles while the soothing 37 degree temperature
creates an environment that you won’t want to leave.
The Sauna is the ideal location to release the impurities of
modern living. In Fifteen minutes you will feel de-toxicated,
fresh and relaxed.
For an even more invigorating experience step into our steam
room where the mixture of eucalyptus and injections of steam will
cleanse the pores, clear the sinuses and leave you with a healthy
glow.
